I had the great opportunity to work full time as a Technical Animator at Volition during the development of Agents of Mayhem for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. My primary job was to build and manage the growth of our character animation networks that controlled which animations were played in response to player input and the game environment. There was a lot of interdisciplinary communication involved to improve workflows and ensure a great final product, and I learned a lot of valuable knowledge being in that environment.
